Job summary

Delta Health Center, Inc. in Mound Bayou, Mississippi, seeks a Clinical Laboratory Technician to perform routine tests and support diagnostic decisions.

You will set up and operate lab equipment, label specimens, and record results, while maintaining quality standards and safety. This full-time role includes working Monday through Friday in a traditional clinical laboratory environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate or higher degree in clinical lab science or related field.
• 1–2 years of clinical or diagnostic lab experience (preferred).
• Certification by ASCP, AMT, or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of lab equipment and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tests in the clinical laboratory and record results.
• Set up and operate laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Label patient samples accurately and handle blood specimens.
• Maintain equipment and ensure quality control and documentation.
