Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and NY licensure to practice as Clinical Laboratory Technologist.
• 8 years of technical experience and 2-5 years in leadership/management preferred or a Master's with 2-4 years technical experience.
• Generalist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to Clinical Laboratory Operations' team members and supervisors by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives.
