Job summary

Candidates must be U.S. citizens, fluent in English, and able to work in a fast-paced clinical setting performing waived testing, specimen preparation, and venipunctures across pediatric

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or GED with accredited MA program.
• For Phlebotomist: NAACLS/Phlebotomy program completion.
• BLS Certification required.
• U.S. citizenship and English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic waived testing per CLIA; screen tests and FDA-cleared tests.
• Prepare specimens for transport per MTF policy.
• Conduct laboratory testing per procedures; participate in peer review and quality improvement.
• Maintain infection control, safety procedures, and proper waste handling.
• Provide timely documentation and communication with supervisor and team.
