Labcorp is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Manager to lead the Warren, MI laboratory operations at Henry Ford Warren Hospital. You will oversee daily activities, staffing, and regulatory compliance, while guiding supervisors and staff to ensure top-tier service and quality.

The role emphasizes managing workflows, maintaining high performance metrics, and collaborating with leadership to implement procedures and improvements in a fast-paced diagnostics environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology.
• 3+ years’ experience as a technologist in a clinical diagnostics lab.
• 3+ years’ supervisory experience managing direct reports.
• ASCP/AMT certification preferred or required.

Mansioni

• Direct the daily operational activities of the Warren laboratory, including technical and non-technical operations.
• Manage staffing and production schedules to ensure coverage and appropriate use of overtime.
• Supervise, train, and mentor laboratory staff and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, state, and ISO regulations and corporate policies.
• Oversee quality, safety, and laboratory testing procedures; participate in audits and corrective actions.
