Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a full-time supervisor to lead a clinical laboratory team. You’ll interact with clients and patients, ensuring exceptional service while supporting operations and driving departmental goals.

The role requires a Medical Technology degree or CLIA supervisor qualification, ASCP certification or equivalent, and experience in a clinical lab. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or CLIA supervisor qualification.
• ASCP certification or equivalent would be beneficial.
• Experience in a clinical laboratory or service organization.

Responsibilities

• Interact with a variety of clients/patients and ensure exceptional, customer-focused service.
• Support the Operations Manager with goals and objectives, including developing and inspiring your team, resolving customer issues, and interfacing with other laboratory departments.
• Manage departmental resources, optimize processes, and maximize profitability.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
