Qualifications

• Performs recordkeeping, data entry and collection activities relating to patient specimens.
• Verifies identification of patient specimens and requests for tests.
• Sorts and labels specimens for distribution to laboratories for testing.
• Maintains laboratory records and inventory of supplies.
• Delivers laboratory results and files reports in patient records.
• Adheres to infection control guidelines and procedures.
