Job summary

Park Nicollet seeks a Laboratory Assistant to support the Maplewood Clinic, including specimen collection, phlebotomy, testing, dispatch, and reception duties, plus handling/specimen processing and ensuring efficient workflow across the lab.

Ideal candidates show strong customer service, the ability to work independently, solid problem-solving and organization, and willingness to handle time-sensitive requests. ASCP phlebotomy certification is preferred; hospital experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
