Palmdale Regional Medical Center is seeking a Laboratory Assistant to join the clinical lab team in Palmdale, CA. You will perform laboratory testing under supervision, following hospital policies and procedures, and support performance evaluation activities.

The role requires CA Phlebotomy Technician licensure and CPI training within 30 days of hire, with a commitment to accuracy and patient care in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory experience.
• California Certified Phlebotomy Tech license.
• CPI certification or training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing according to department policies and procedures.
• Assist in evaluating and improving laboratory performance.
• Under the direction of the Department Manager and/or Supervisor, follow the Laboratory Department policies and procedures.
