Job summary

Palmdale Regional Medical Center, part of Southwest Healthcare, is seeking a Laboratory Assistant to perform laboratory testing in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. The role supports the Laboratory Department's goals by ensuring accurate processing and timely results.

Under supervision of the Department Manager, you must hold a California Certified Phlebotomy Tech license, complete CPI training within 30 days of hire, and have at least 1 year of clinical laboratory experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Clinical Laboratory experience required.
• California Certified Phlebotomy Tech license.
• CPI training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing following hospital policies and procedures.
• Assist Laboratory Department in maintaining quality and accuracy of results.
