Responsabilités

• Perform pre-analytical processing of biological specimens for testing in the clinical laboratory.
• Data entry of client demographic information and processing of test orders; order review.
• Reconcile specimen/order problems and assist with send-out testing.
• Ensure proper patient registration and paper requisition filing.
• Supply management support and answering phones.
• Serve as primary resource for Specimen Receiving to address problems and identify resolutions.
