Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• ASCP MLA credential or equivalent pathway within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs waived testing and reports results.
• Prepares tissue specimens for histology/cytology and logs data into LIS.
• Prepares urine specimens and maintains instrument readiness.
• Stains slides, plates specimens, and assists with inventory.
• Registers patients and enters data into hospital LIS and LIMS.
