Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures, finger sticks, and heel sticks according to policy.
• Accept specimens and manage add-ons and pending lists.
• Identify patients and specimens with two identifiers and label correctly.
• Register and log specimens in LIS and document required data.
• Support specimen processing and collaborate to resolve issues.
