Job summary

Mercyhealth in Janesville, WI is seeking a System Analyst/Clinical Analyst I to support and maintain clinical applications. You will analyze workflows, design efficient screen flows, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to project phases from assessment to implementation.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's in IT/Clinical fields and Epic application certification, with a requirement to obtain assigned computer certifications within 90 days of training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Clinical or related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered.
• Prior certification in Epic application preferred.
• Required to achieve assigned Computer Application certifications within 90 days of training and to maintain assigned certification while in this role.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderate to advanced application maintenance as needed in support of requested changes.
• Updates and maintains required documentation and issues lists.
• Consults with vendors and conducts workflow analysis to optimize screen flows for new or existing applications.
• Leads projects and communicates status; resolves and/or escalates issues across project phases.
