Job summary

SGS is seeking a Jr. Clinical Investigator to oversee clinical research involving healthy volunteers and to develop standards for clinical research services. The role requires strong protocol development, data analysis, and adherence to FDA regulations and SOPs.

Responsibilities include ensuring informed consent, maintaining training, and coordinating with sponsors, IRB, and study personnel to ensure subject safety and study integrity.

Qualifications

• Requires PhD/MD/DO or similar post-graduate degree in Science, Medicine, or Engineering.
• Dermatology background and sunscreen/cosmetic testing experience are a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in a related field; 10+ years of experience indicated in the listing.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical research involving healthy paid volunteers.
• Writes protocols, collects data, analyzes results, and prepares reports.
• Develops, maintains and reviews SOPs; ensures compliance with SOPs and ICs.
• Ensures informed consent is clear and signed by subjects.
• Interfaces with Sponsor, IRB, staff, contractors and regulatory bodies.
