Job summary

Galderma Laboratories is seeking a seasoned Clinical Trials professional to lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing dermatology-focused studies. You will collaborate with clinical science experts, set milestones and budgets, and ensure high-quality data collection across sites and vendors.

The role requires 5+ years in clinical research/operations, CRO supervision, and strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• University degree required in Life Sciences such as biology, pharmacology, nursing, or health sciences.
• Progressive experience in clinical research/operations (at least 5 years).
• Experience managing clinical trials in major market(s) such as US, China.
• Experience supervising CROs and familiarity with contract research processes.
• Strong understanding of drug development and regulatory guidelines (ICH/GCP; GMP/GDP).
• Excellent knowledge of relevant local regulations and willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and Conduct Clinical Trials.
• Lead and manage cross-functional Clinical Trial Team to ensure all trial deliverables are met on time and budget.
• Collaborate with Clinical Science Experts for trial design and milestones.
• Establish budgets and timelines; oversee documentation and data collection.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans for the program.
• Support regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with quality systems.
• Provide oversight to CRAs and Trial Administrators as applicable.
• Manage CROs and FSPs; collaborate on outsourcing specs.
• Participate in CRO/FSP selection and act as primary contact with vendors.
