Job summary

Yale New Haven Health is seeking a Supply Chain Materials Professional to manage IR/CATH Lab and Radiology supply needs, ensuring accurate inventory and cost-effective purchasing. You will use Q-Site and Lawson MMIS to process orders, track lots, and coordinate with procurement and clinical teams.

The role involves daily reconciliation of interface data, replenishment planning, and supporting cycles counts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Minimum 2–4 years in supply chain management or clinically related fields.
• Proficient with basic PC tools (spreadsheets, word processing).

Responsibilities

• Procure supplies for IR/CATH Lab areas and manage orders to reduce backorders and stockouts.
• Receive products by scanning barcodes; manually enter items when barcodes unreadable.
• Review interface exceptions daily and coordinate with Charge Master Analyst to ensure charges cross to EPIC.
• Load new products into the Materials Management Lawson system and coordinate returns with vendors.
• Perform replenishment, optimize storage, and keep locations organized for weekly counts.
• Recommend PAR levels and stocking locations to optimize inventory value; support annual fiscal inventory.
• Distribute and restock supplies to nursing units and verify quantities in Par Excellence cabinets.
• Assist in ordering SPD during PTO and handle other MMIS tasks as needed.
