Job summary

The role involves operating handheld devices and Lawson for ordering and replenishment, maintaining PAR levels, and collaborating with patient services managers and materials staff.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency operating handheld and desktop computer systems (Lawson) for supply ordering and replenishment.
• Knowledge of PAR level concepts and basic supply management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Patient Services Managers and Materials staff.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and retrieves equipment, supplies, and related items to patient care areas as directed.
• Maintains designated storage areas for equipment and supplies.
• Identifies and tags unserviceable equipment during routine operations.
• Transports specimens to clinical laboratories and operates the tube system as required.
• Uses department information systems to perform basic supply management tasks.
• Participates in annual fiscal year inventory and cycle counts.
