• Supervise sterile and non-sterile compounding activities using automated systems.
• Implement and maintain SOPs related to compounding.
• Support controlled substance monitoring and investigate discrepancies.

Skills

Experience in sterile and non-sterile compounding

Proficient in USP <795>, <797>, <800>

Active pharmacist license

Experience with compounding-related audits

Board Certification in Sterile Compounding

Education

PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy
