Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a Compounding Pharmacist in Ohio to oversee and grow non-sterile compounding capabilities, serving as a subject matter expert on compounded treatments while prioritizing quality and patient safety. The role requires strict adherence to USP standards and regulatory requirements.

The position focuses on maintaining equipment, records, and training, with diverse shift options and a pathway for career progression within a health‑care oriented platform.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in Ohio.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience.
• Hospital or compounding experience preferred.
• Familiarity with USP <795>, USP <800>, and non-sterile compounding.

Responsibilities

• Compound non-sterile medications according to prescription orders and site SOPs.
• Clean, calibrate, and maintain compounding equipment and workspaces.
• Stage raw materials and manage non-sterile compounding inventory.
• Maintain batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs.
• Follow USP <795>, USP <800>, and applicable state and federal requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Complete training, competency assessments, and annual revalidation.
