Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to oversee and grow compounding capabilities, serving as a subject matter expert on compounded treatments. Focus on quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

The role supports non-sterile compounding per USP standards, with responsibilities including maintaining batch records, calibrating equipment, and ensuring a clean, compliant work environment. Ohio license, hospital/compounding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compound non-sterile medications according to prescription orders and site SOPs.
• Clean, calibrate, and maintain compounding equipment and workspaces.
• Stage raw materials and manage non-sterile compounding inventory.
• Maintain batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs.
• Follow USP 795, USP 800, and applicable state and federal requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Complete training, competency assessments, and annual revalidation.
