Job summary

LMH Health in Rochester is seeking a Manager, Clinical Integration, to partner with IT, Provider and Executive teams to improve EMR adoption, workflow, and provider satisfaction. You will lead Informatics and Adoption teams to align efforts toward higher provider efficiency and satisfaction.

You will coordinate onboarding for new providers, participate in governance meetings, supervise staff, and drive physician experience initiatives across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or professional experience equivalent.
• Master’s Degree in related discipline.
• Registered Nurse.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Experience working independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Reacts to project adjustments promptly and efficiently.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work cooperatively with upper management, clients, and other departments.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
• Customer service skills an asset.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in related discipline

Responsibilities

• Supervise Informatics and Adoption coach staff related to ongoing support and alignment with Cerner metrics and quality initiatives.
• Lead ongoing Physician Experience team to monitor issues and coordinate across disciplines for provider support.
• May lead small to medium projects around physician enhancements and optimization.
• Develop and maintain documentation for provider support and maintenance of provider-focused areas.
• Serve as escalation point for analysts for issues affecting provider workflow or satisfaction.
• Work with Analyst team to align build efforts with Cerner metrics and best practices.
• Coordinate workflow integration touch points, supporting application analysts.
• Assist providers on effective coding practices and development of workflow tools.
• Conduct ongoing Lunch-and-Learn trainings on new functionality and support topics.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.

Job Description I. JOB SUMMARY

The Manager, Clinical Integration, will work closely with the IT, Provider and Executive teams to improve EMR adoption, workflow, and provider satisfaction as relates to use of the EMR. This role will manage the Informatics and EMR adoption teams to align efforts around the goal of higher provider satisfaction and efficiency.

II. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate IT support and onboarding efforts for new employed and non-employed providers
• Attend physician department meetings and governance committee meeting to provide updates on provided focused initiatives and support efforts
• Supervise Informatics and Adoption coach staff related to ongoing support and alignment efforts with a focus on Cerner advance metrics, model experience, and Quality initiatives
• Lead ongoing Physician Experience team to monitor current issues and coordinate support efforts across multiple disciplines and to help provide timely support and feedback to providers related to ongoing issues
• May lead small to medium projects around physician enhancements and optimization as necessary
• Develop and maintain documentation for provider support and maintenance of provider focused solution areas
• Serve as an escalation point for analyst for issues that might affect provider workflow or satisfaction
• Work with Analyst team to align build efforts with model experience, Cerner Advance metrics, and general industry best practices
• Coordinate workflow integration touch points, supporting application analysts
• Assist provider and their teams on effective and efficient coding practices and assist in development of workflow and tools to assist them in these efforts
• Conduct ongoing "Lunch-and-Learn" type trainings to provide timely education to providers and new functionality and support topics as necessary
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position
