LCMC Health in New Orleans is seeking a Market Access and Growth Lead to drive targeted, regional growth by building relationships with physicians, administrators, and community partners. You will advance strategic growth initiatives and help shape the hospital’s market positioning.

The Market Access and Growth Lead supports the executive leadership team to promote targeted, consistent growth at the hospital by building regional relationships as directed by the executive team and organizational strategic plans. Supports the organization’s retention efforts through communication of community and internal physician concerns as they relate to hospital operations and physician alignment. Supports the onboarding of newly employed and affiliated physicians to the hospital by helping them grow their practice.
5 years in business development, healthcare sales, and networking, five of those being in a multi-site healthcare organization.
Strategic thinking and strong business acumen. Some basic contract/legal experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
