Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or professional experience equivalent.
  • Master’s Degree in related discipline preferred.
  • Registered Nurse licensure required or demonstrated equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and support clinical staff efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate IT support and onboarding for new providers and staff.
  • Attend physician department meetings and governance updates.
  • Supervise Informatics and Adoption staff focusing on Cerner metrics and quality.
  • Lead Physician Experience team to address issues across disciplines.
  • May lead small/medium projects on physician enhancements and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for provider support and tools.
  • Escalate provider workflow issues to analysts as needed.
  • Align builds with model experience and Cerner best practices.
  • Coordinate workflow integration touchpoints with analysts.
  • Assist providers on coding practices and workflow improvements.
  • Conduct Lunch-and-Learn trainings on new functionality.

JOB SUMMARYThe Manager, Clinical Integration, will work closely with the IT, Provider and Executive teams to improve EMR adoption, workflow, and provider satisfaction as relates to use of the EMR. This role will manage the Informatics and EMR adoption teams to align efforts around the goal of higher provider satisfaction and efficiency.II. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate IT support and onboarding efforts for new employed and non-employed providersAttend physician department meetings and governance committee meeting to provide updates on provided focused initiatives and support effortsSupervise Informatics and Adoption coach staff related to ongoing support and alignment efforts with a focus on Cerner advance metrics, model experience, and Quality initiativesLead ongoing Physician Experience team to monitor current issues and coordinate support efforts across multiple disciplines and to help provide timely support and feedback to providers related to ongoing issuesMay lead small to medium projects around physician enhancements and optimization as necessaryDevelop and maintain documentation for provider support and maintenance of provider focused solution areasServe as an escalation point for analyst for issues that might affect provider workflow or satisfactionWork with Analyst team to align build efforts with model experience, Cerner Advance metrics, and general industry best practicesCoordinate workflow integration touch points, supporting application analystsAssist provider and their teams on effective and efficient coding practices and assist in development of workflow and tools to assist them in these effortsConduct ongoing “Lunch-and-Learn” type trainings to provide timely education to providers and new functionality and support topics as necessaryRegular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this positionIII.
