Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and conduct AUD screenings using CIWA-AR.
• Assist patients with app downloads, Zoom sign-in, and educate on breathalyzer and medication use.
• Complete initial medical intake and data entry into EMR.
• Schedule first medical appointments and perform assessments.
• Maintain communication with healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• RN with a compact license; additional state licenses preferred.
• 3-5 years of clinical experience, addiction medicine preferred.
• Telemedicine experience is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with strong communication and organizational skills.
