The incumbent coordinates patient care activities and supportive services in a maternal‑infant program, serves as a resource for care management, and helps implement program goals.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating clinical programs and operations.
• Ability to develop educational materials and programs.
• Experience with program evaluation and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care activities and supportive services within the maternal‑infant program.
• Prepare quarterly and year-end progress reports for funders.
• Advocate for appropriate patient care with providers, insurers, legislators and other entities.
