Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Clinical Expert to advise customers on Siemens portfolio, tools and services, driving efficiency in health system processes and improving quality while reducing cost. The role is nationwide and remote, with substantial travel expected.

You will lead engagements, analyze clinical and operational data, and support sales efforts while collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver measurable outcomes in complex healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of value-based healthcare, population health management.
• Knowledge of healthcare economics, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Strong operational knowledge in interventional cardiology, or peri-operative services.
• Project/program management and/or consulting experience in a healthcare improvement setting.
• Applied understanding of analytics, workflow optimization, and clinical pathways.
• Professional presentation skills in customer environments, and team orientation.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Minimum 8–10 years combined clinical and administrative experience in healthcare with multiple stakeholders.
• LEAN/Continuous Improvement experience preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers’ business requirements within complex healthcare environments to enable clinical and financial objectives.
• Manage customer engagements to drive measurable improvements in outcomes.
• Lead project teams and conduct status checks with customers to assess progress against plans.
• Prepare and present project status reports and assist in sales support interactions.
