Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Health seeks a Clinical Informaticist to blend clinical insight with informatics and data science to optimize Sentri7 Drug Diversion solutions. You will translate customer requirements into surveillance strategies, support adoption, and ensure clinically meaningful outputs across patient safety and operational outcomes.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams, validate data, and deliver high-touch support during implementation, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in clinical, informatics, or quantitative field; real-world healthcare data experience acceptable
• Experience in clinical surveillance, medication safety, or AI solutions in healthcare
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into data-driven surveillance or CDS features
• 4+ years in data science, predictive modeling, or ML
• Familiarity with EMR data (Epic/Meditech/Cerner) and ADC data
• Strong communication for technical and clinical audiences

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand infusion workflows across settings
• Review data to identify documentation or process gaps impacting application use
• Configure system mappings and parameters to support workflows
• Profile and validate real-world clinical datasets for accuracy and interoperability
• Differentiate product defects from data/configuration issues and validate behavior
• Lead validation testing prior to customer validation
• Provide ongoing post-live support and collect customer feedback
• Collaborate with CSIs and other teams to address customer needs and document results
• Travel up to 10% as required
