Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, part of LifeBridge Health, seeks a Nursing Informatics leader to advance clinical technology and data-driven nursing practice. Under limited supervision, you will guide nursing informatics initiatives, optimize workflows, support evidence-based care, and monitor outcomes using innovative tech.

You will champion clinical innovations and transform care delivery through technology.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in nursing informatics or related field.
• Professional Organization Participation required.
• Master of Science in Nursing is required; Doctorate in Nursing Education preferred.

Job description

Under limited supervision, serves as the principal leader and advocate for nursing informatics and clinical technology advancement. Promotes the use of technology to optimize nursing work processes, support the delivery of evidence-based care, and monitor nursing practices and associated patient outcomes. Leads clinical innovations and the transformation of nursing care delivery that is leveraged by technology.

Experience

• Required: 5-7 years
• Experience Note: Professional Organization Participation - required

Education

• Required: Master of Science in Nursing
• Preferred: Doctor of Nursing Education

Licensures & Certifications

• Required: Registered Nurse License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license
• Required: Basic Life Support
• Preferred: Informatics Nursing Certification

Pay Range: $43.33 to $67.91 Based On Experience
