Qualifications

• Active RN license in NH or ability to obtain
• Experience with Cerner in a healthcare setting
• Background in nursing informatics or informatics nursing preferred
• Ability to translate clinical needs into practical system enhancements

Responsibilities

• Assess clinical workflows and identify opportunities for Informatics improvements
• Support Cerner optimization and documentation workflows
• Translate clinical needs into practical system enhancements for Cerner
• Educate nursing and clinical staff on new workflows and tools
• Assist with testing and implementation of new configurations
• Monitor documentation quality and data integrity
• Troubleshoot adoption barriers and support end users
• Advance patient-safety and performance-improvement initiatives across the hospital
