This is an exciting transformative position at the intersection of quality, analytics, and technology. We seek a candidate with a clinical background (or extensive healthcare experience) who is strategic, innovative, and data-savvy. The Clinical Informatics Program Director will support all lines of Johns Hopkins Health Plans in developing and executing strategies for quality performance analytics, clinical data acquisition/informatics, and clinical outcomes in population health management.
Serve as the subject matter expert on digital quality measurement, interoperability, and clinical data acquisition. Lead initiatives with IT to source clinical data from various entities, ensuring a comprehensive and cost-effective data integration strategy. Act as the primary liaison to regional HIEs and manage vended clinical data solutions. Foster partnerships with providers to support programs like HEDIS/Stars, Risk Adjustment, and population health.
Collaborate with data/analytics teams to enhance quality performance analytics, integrating multiple data types to support quality improvement and population health strategies. Oversee the development of dashboards and self-service analytics tools, working with internal teams or vendors to ensure high-value analytics.

Salary Range: $48.29/hour to $77.27/hour, commensurate with experience and role scope. Salary discussions will occur during candidate screening if the range is not specified.
