Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Active MA RN license.
• Experience with Epic EHR and IT or IT training.

Responsibilities

• System development, design and implementation: gather input from stakeholders and define IT solutions; propose efficient workflows and data collection improvements.
• Ongoing system utilization: troubleshoot clinical apps and collaborate with IT to resolve issues; identify trends and opportunities for system improvements.
• Training and communications: create and update system documentation; develop materials; train clinical and non-clinical staff and leaders on system usage.
• Project/team participation and leadership: lead or join multidisciplinary projects; apply Lean Six Sigma principles; maintain project plans and stakeholder alignment.
• Organizational requirements: uphold confidentiality, policies, and professional behavior; participate in quality improvement and mandatory education.
