Job summary

Ideal candidates bring Epic and informatics certifications, clinical licensure, and proven ability to optimize workflows, manage teams, and communicate complex information to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in a clinical environment.
• Epic Certification and Informatics Certification (ANCC, HIMSS) required.
• Licensed clinician preferred (e.g., nurse, PT, OT, pharmacy tech, dietitian, RT, speech pathologist).
• Ability to analyze complex processes and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Ability to establish relationships across organizational lines and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the liaison to Information Systems and coordinates EHR/HIT operations.
• Leads local workstreams for discovery, design sessions, and command center logistics.
• Champions end-to-end workflow improvements and staffing/resource planning.
• Presents complex information to stakeholders and supports decision-making.
• Sets priorities, guides staff, and ensures timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborates with IS/PM to drive key project milestones locally.
