Qualifications

• Five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience.
• Clinician is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, maintenance, governance, and implementation of enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards across care settings.
• Translate clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into actionable EHR-enabled policies.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, applicable, and adherent across care settings.
• Support workflow standardization initiatives and reflect approved workflows, patient safety requirements, regulatory obligations, and operational needs.
• Lead enterprise-wide assessment of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related technology platforms.
• Establish evaluation frameworks addressing patient impact, safety, quality, provider experience, privacy, and regulatory alignment.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders, Quality & Safety, Privacy, Legal, and IT to ensure oversight and accountability.
• Deliver executive updates on status, risks, and decisions; build relationships across enterprise.
