We're looking for an experienced Clinical Informatics Manager to lead and mentor a talented team of clinical informatics professionals who serve as trusted partners to providers, nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health staff, dental teams, and operational leaders across the organization. This position reports directly to the Chief Information Officer and plays a critical leadership role in advancing clinical excellence through technology, workflow optimization, and exceptional customer service.

Education - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Informatics, Information Systems, Clinical Informatics, or related field required. An equivalent combination of education, training, certifications, and progressively responsible clinical informatics experience may be substituted. Master's Degree in Nursing Informatics, Clinical Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
Experience - Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience supporting Epic Ambulatory workflows and clinical operations. Three (3) years of leadership, supervisory, project leadership, or team management experience. Experience providing end‑user support, workflow optimization, change management, and training in a healthcare environment. Experience supporting Epic upgrades, implementations, optimization projects, or go‑live activities. Experience within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), ambulatory care, community health center, or multi‑specialty healthcare environment preferred.
Other Requirement(s) - Epic Ambulatory Certification, Accreditation, or Proficiency strongly preferred. Ability to travel between ICHS sites as necessary. Valid Washington State Driver's License and proof of insurance if driving for business purposes. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during upgrades, go‑lives, or critical support events.
You are an experienced informatics leader who understands that successful technology adoption starts with people. You know how to build trust with clinicians, mentor emerging informatics professionals, navigate complex healthcare workflows, and create a culture where customer service and accountability matter.
You are equally comfortable discussing executive priorities, coaching staff members, participating in workflow design sessions, and helping teams solve operational challenges. Most importantly, you are passionate about helping clinicians succeed so they can provide exceptional care to patients.
