Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing, Medicine, Public Health, Health Informatics, or a related field required.
• 3 years clinical experience in a healthcare setting required.
• 1-3 years experience in quality improvement, patient safety, or clinical informatics required.
• 1-3 years familiarity with EPIC and data analytics tools required.

Responsibilities

• Quality & Patient Safety Data Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert for quality and patient safety data systems, driving their effective use to support organizational and departmental strategic goals.
• Data Analytics, Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and present quality, performance improvement, and patient safety reports to committees, leadership, and frontline staff.
• Clinical Informatics & Workflow Optimization: Translate clinical and operational needs into informatics solutions that improve patient safety and optimize workflows.
• Improvement Science & Project Facilitation: Facilitate project management and rapid-cycle improvement initiatives to advance safety and quality.
