Job summary

Christus Health is seeking a Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst II to support operation and administration of clinical information systems across a large multi-regional health system. The role involves incident, change and problem management following ITIL processes and requires strong healthcare knowledge to support clinical applications.

The candidate will collaborate with clinical and technical teams to optimize workflows, ensure patient safety, and provide end-user support during upgrades

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of clinical/technical application experience in lieu of degree, strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical Informatics colleagues to drive strategic goals and vision for the department and CHRISTUS Health.
• Develop, test, implement, support, and maintain assigned clinical applications, solutions and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements.
• Provide on-going end user clinical information systems support with all upgrades, new releases and enhanced functionality.
