Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with clinical/healthcare or informatics project experience.
• Associates degree with 2 years healthcare/ informatics experience can substitute a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Enhance usability of electronic platforms to reduce provider burden and variability.
• Design and support compliant content, clinical decision support, reports and metrics.
• Advocate for regional provider needs across the organization for optimization and change readiness.
• Oversee and improve downtime tools and provider downtime readiness.
• Collaborate with Operations, Revenue Cycle and IT to achieve system objectives.
