Job summary

Lakewood Health System in Minnesota seeks an RN Clinical Informaticist to bridge clinical practice and technology by optimizing health information systems and supporting end users. This full-time role focuses on driving improvements to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

The position requires MN RN licensure, and candidates with clinical informatics experience and leadership skills are preferred. On-site work with opportunities for collaboration across departments is provided.

• Demonstrated ability to teach and lead a team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with providers, nursing, and all other users of the clinical information system.
• Provide education, support, and troubleshooting; develop training strategies and best practices.
• Coordinate and participate in end-user and project team efforts in design, implementation, and evaluation of training projects.
• Participate in Performance Improvement initiatives related to practice and information systems.
• Align clinical processes with value, vision, and mission of the organization.
