Lakewood Health System is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver compassionate patient care in our rural Care Center. You will work under licensed nurse supervision, assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and meals, while supporting safety and dignity for residents.

Responsibilities include transfers, vital signs, restorative care, and timely reporting of changes. Flexible 4–12 hour shifts and weekend rotations available; strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
• CPR/BLS certification required or obtainable upon hire.
• Ability to perform required resident care, transfers, and repositioning using established safety practices.
