The Clinical Informaticist is an onsite position.Essential FunctionsIndependently troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to clinical systems, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.Analyze user needs and workflows to recommend and implement system enhancements that improve efficiency, usability, and patient care.Contribute and/or coordinates system implementations, upgrades, and optimization efforts, including build, testing, validation, and user support.Deliver comprehensive training, education, and at the elbow support by creating training materials, conducting onboarding and ongoing education, evaluating user competency, and ensuring effective system use.Coordinate meetings to work closely with clinicians, operational leaders, and IT teams to gather requirements, prioritize improvements, and ensure solutions align with business needs.Prepare, prevent, protect and respond to support our culture of safety.Works hours per week in accordance with offer letter or per attributes of position at transfer request.
