The Clinical Informaticist is an onsite position.**Essential Functions*** Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to clinical systems, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.* Analyze user needs and workflows to recommend and implement system enhancements that improve efficiency, usability, and patient care.* Contribute and/or coordinates system implementations, upgrades, and optimization efforts, including build, testing, validation, and user support.* Deliver comprehensive training, education, and at the elbow support by creating training materials, conducting onboarding and ongoing education, evaluating user competency, and ensuring effective system use.* Coordinate meetings to work closely with clinicians, operational leaders, and IT teams to gather requirements, prioritize improvements, and ensure solutions align with business needs.* Prepare, prevent, protect and respond to support our culture of safety.* Works hours per week in accordance with offer letter or per attributes of position at transfer request.
