Job summary

Radiant Dev LLC. is seeking a Clinical Specialist to serve as the primary clinical and technical partner after the sale of capital equipment.

You will collaborate with anesthesiologists, anesthesia leadership, and perioperative teams to drive implementations, go-lives, and ongoing clinical education. In this role, you will own post-sale deployments, coordinate with hospital IT, engineering, and clinical staff, and provide hands-on training to ensure patient safety and workflow optimization

Qualifications

• Experience supporting capital equipment implementations in hospital settings.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale customer implementations as the primary clinical and technical lead.
• Schedule, lead, and document implementation planning meetings with customer project teams.
• Define system integration workflows and coordinate with IT, Biomedical Engineering, and perioperative leadership.
• Develop go-live timelines and provide on-site or virtual go-live support.
• Deliver hands-on clinical support and training for anesthesiology staff and perioperative teams.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, Sales, and internal partners.
