Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Midtown is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for PRN, variable shifts. You will perform radiological procedures across patient age groups and ensure image quality and safety standards.

The role requires completing an AMA/JRCERT accredited program, ARRT registration and BCLS, with no prior experience required. Excellent patient care and teamwork are essential as you support diagnostic imaging services in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competence and proficiency in performing all radiological procedures on patients of all age groups.
• Positions patient, selects the correct protocol, and utilizes all required equipment.
• Maintains competencies for all related components.
• Accurately follows all established imaging protocols for exam being performed.
• Provides quality age specific care in accordance with prescribed standards and practices.
• Adhere to the Radiation Safety Policies and the principles of a viable dose reduction program.
• Provides patient education and communications in accordance with prescribed standards.
