Job summary

UC San Francisco's Morrison Lab seeks a Junior, Assistant, Associate, or Full Specialist to perform full-time clinical imaging research at the intersection of MRI and neuromodulation. Qualifications

• Specialists at Junior rank require a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of research experience.
• Assistant rank requires a master’s degree or a bachelor’s with 3+ years of research experience.
• Associate rank requires a master’s or 5–10 years of research experience.
• Full rank requires a terminal degree or 10+ years of research experience.
• Applicants must meet all qualifications by the time of hire.
• Applicant materials must list current and/or pending qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full‑time specialized clinical imaging research at the intersection of MRI and neuromodulation.
• Develop AI tools for clinical imaging applications in neuromodulation.
• Lead and contribute to manuscript preparation and scientific writing.
• Disseminate research findings at international conferences.
• Collaborate closely with clinical collaborators within a multidisciplinary team.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related science

Master’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of research experience
