Job summary

PharMerica is seeking a Clinical Hub Lead to manage a call center-focused pharmacy operations team. You will set goals, monitor performance, and drive process improvements in a non-retail, closed-door environment.

The role requires a minimum 2+ years in a call center setting with strong communication and planning skills. Remote work is possible within the Continental USA, with a 11am–7:30pm Central schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a Call Center environment.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, teamwork, ethics, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead Clinical Hub operations and team goals.
• Create action plans to reach targets and improve productivity.
• Monitor queues and throughput across prescription processes.
• Prepare reports and analyze metrics for leadership.
• Deploy operational enhancements to optimize performance.

Our Pharmacy group focuses on providing exceptional customer service and meeting the pharmacy needs for hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, long-term acute care hospitals, and other specialized care centers nationwide.

Responsibilities

Clinical Hub Lead:

• Sets goals for/with team
• Creates action plans to reach goals
• Utilizes planning tools such as “To Do” lists and Outlook tools to stay on task
• Delegates appropriately
• Prepares reports and analyzes metrics
• Posts stats on white boards
• Monitors volumes for the pend queue, RX Allow, fax to Prescription Drug Plan, groups to ensure timely processing of all forms relating to prior authorizations and consults with Manager/Director
• Implements/deploys operational enhancements to optimize team performance, and to increase team productivity and performance
• Maximizes utilization of resources across the team
• Embrace a positive leadership style that promotes teaming, strategy and synergy
• Performs other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Education/Learning Experience

• Required: Associate degree
• Desired: Bachelor’s Degree

Work Experience

• Required: Two plus years in a Call Center environment
