The Home Care Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at MaineHealth Home Care Services provides patient-family centered care by conducting assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in alignment with MHCAH policies and state requirements. Qualifications

• Master of Arts/Science/Education in Speech Pathology with CFY eligibility.
• Current Maine state licensure as Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare providers.
• One year of full-time equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal/communication and analytical skills.
