Qualifications

• Master of Arts/Science/Education in Speech Pathology with CFY eligibility.
• Maine licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist and valid driver’s license.
• Basic Life Support certification for Healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and health care team members.
• Maintain documentation per MHCAH policies.
