Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a dynamic business development professional to manage relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources. You will educate partners on services and program requirements to facilitate post-acute care transitions and improve patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in healthcare business development, strong communication skills, and a solid grasp of Medicare/home health regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field or graduate of approved nursing, therapy or social work program.
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare certified home health and hospice operations.
• Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Clinical licensure where applicable and preferred experience in home health or hospice.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary relationship manager between the company and referral sources such as physicians, hospitals and health systems.
• Supports referral growth by educating sources, patients, families, and partners about services and program requirements.
• Aims to improve post-acute care transitions, patient outcomes, and satisfaction with care coordination.
