Aon Health Transformation team seeks a Health Transformation Team Consultant- Clinical to support ongoing client work and develop insights in population health improvement. The role emphasizes collaboration, data analysis, and tool development to enhance services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of population health improvement and clinical background required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide team consulting support to Health Solutions and Health Transformation consultants.
• Act as subject matter expert in clinical population health improvement and market trends.
• Assist with benchmarking, industry research, and client presentations.
• Coordinate with delivery team and perform project management tasks.
