Job summary

Aon is seeking a Health Transformation Team Consultant- Clinical to support Health Solutions initiatives across client engagements. The role is based in Chicago or near any Aon office, with responsibilities spanning clinical population health improvement, data analysis, and project management.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, share best practices, and contribute to new and existing products and services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in population health improvement with a clinical background.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical population health improvement and market trends.
• Assist consultants with benchmarking and industry research.
• Educate colleagues on Health Transformation projects, products and services.
• Act as project support including data analysis, strategy design, vendor selection and implementation.
• Prepare client presentations using Excel, Word and PowerPoint; perform project management.
